About the Role
Plan, conduct and interpret user research and competitor analysis.
Create user flows, wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes.
Conduct usability testing to inform design decisions.
Take broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into something useful and valuable for our users
Develop and test user needs, interaction flows, prototypes and experiences that are incredibly simple and elegant.
Work closely with the product, engineering & business teams to deliver on our product strategy.
Utilize data and analytics to drive decision-making and provide solutions to business problems.
Conduct quantitative and qualitative user research
Cooperate with engineers and product managers to understand engineering complexity.
Requirements
Have 3-5 years of relevant design experience at a technology-based, product-driven company.
Very good knowledge of user research methods & tools.
Excellent communication, organization, and detail-orientation skills.
Disciplined, self-motivated, and eager to learn with a can-do attitude.
Good knowledge of design systems.
An agile mindset focusing on timely iterations for validation is required.
Always takes accountability for work and delivers work in a timely manner.
About the Company
Seam Labs as a Venture Builder leverages the founder's combined experience from global markets including the Silicon Valley. We aim to build a portfolio of products. Since 2017, we helped in the building of 4 Ventures in the MENA region, and in the process, we inspired new ways of working and developing the playbooks. In 2020, we added two ventures to our Portfolio and working on two other Stealth products in 2021.
